Partner Program Terms

1. About these terms

By applying to or taking part in the Wise Owl Marketing Partner Program (the "Program"), you agree to these terms. Wise Owl Marketing is operated by Stephens Consulting Ltd. ("we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree with something here, please do not apply.

2. Becoming a partner

Apply through our partner page. We review every application by hand and approve partners at our discretion, so approval is not guaranteed. We may decline an application, or remove a partner later, for any reason, to protect our members and our brand.

3. What you earn

You earn 25% of every payment a member you referred makes to the PeacefulBiz app or the Peaceful Marketing Lab, for as long as that membership stays active. It is a recurring, lifetime commission, not a one-time payout.

Commission is calculated on the amount the member actually pays after any discount, each billing cycle. The founding app price is time-limited: your percentage stays the same, but the dollar amount always reflects whatever the member is charged.

4. How referrals are tracked

When someone clicks your partner link, we store a tracking cookie for 30 days. If they purchase within that window, you receive the credit (last click wins). Tracking depends on that cookie and link, so we cannot credit a referral when a visitor blocks cookies, switches devices or browsers, or buys through a path that did not carry your link. We do not add referrals by hand for tracking that did not fire.

5. Holds, refunds, and cancellations

Each commission is held for 30 days before it becomes payable, which covers our money-back guarantee period. If a member is refunded or files a chargeback, the matching commission is voided. If a member cancels, you keep every commission you have already earned and simply stop earning on them going forward.

6. Getting paid

We pay monthly by PayPal, covering commissions that have cleared their 30-day hold, once your payable balance reaches $50. Balances under $50 roll forward until they reach the minimum. You are responsible for giving us a correct PayPal address, and we are not responsible for funds sent to an address provided in error.

7. Taxes

You take part as an independent contractor, not an employee, and you are responsible for your own taxes. Before we pay any commission, partners in the United States must submit a completed W-9. We issue a 1099 to partners who earn $600 or more in a calendar year, as the IRS requires, and we may hold payouts until a required W-9 is on file.

8. Disclosing the partnership

Whenever you promote us, you must clearly and visibly disclose that you earn a commission, following the FTC guidelines (and any rules that apply where you live). A simple, plain statement is all it takes, and it is required every time.

For example: "I'm a Wise Owl Marketing partner, and I earn a commission if you join through my link." Put it where people will actually see it, near the link rather than buried at the bottom, and never hidden behind a "read more."

9. What is not allowed

To stay in the Program, you agree not to:

• Run paid ads on our brand names or misspellings, including "Wise Owl Marketing," "Heather Stephens," "PeacefulBiz," "Peaceful Marketing," "Peaceful Marketing Lab," "PEACE Blueprint," and "Bree," or bid on them in search.
• Set up coupon, discount-code, or deal pages that exist mainly to capture commission on buyers who were already on their way to us.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk email or direct messages, or use purchased lists.
• Make income guarantees, false or misleading claims, fake testimonials, false urgency, or misrepresent what we offer.
• Imply that you are Wise Owl Marketing, or use our name, logo, or brand in a way that confuses people, including lookalike domains and social handles.
• Promote us without disclosing the partnership.
• Earn commission on your own purchases, or refer signups meant to be canceled in order to game payouts.
• Promote us alongside get-rich-quick, hustle-culture, or MLM offers, or any hateful, adult, or illegal content.
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, bots, or any other deceptive tracking.

Breaking any of these can mean forfeiting unpaid commissions and removal from the Program.

10. Using our brand

While you are an active partner in good standing, you may use the promotional assets we provide, as provided, to promote us. This permission is limited, non-exclusive, and revocable: it ends when your participation ends, and we can ask you to stop using any asset at any time.

11. Ending the partnership

Either of us may end your participation at any time, for any reason. If we end it because you broke these terms, we may withhold unpaid commissions. Otherwise, commissions you have already earned and that have cleared their hold will be paid on the normal schedule. When your participation ends, please stop using your links and our brand.

12. Changes to the Program

We may update the Program or these terms over time. If we make a significant change, we will let active partners know. Continuing to take part after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. No guarantees

We do not promise any particular number of referrals or level of earnings. What you make depends entirely on your own efforts and results.

14. The basics

You take part as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint-venture relationship between us. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Wisconsin.
