Your Business Website is Cluttered and Not Organized
Businesses grow and change over time. You may add services, change niches, and discover you need to offer XY&Z to your clients. I get it! Since I started my business, I’ve expanded my niche beyond working only with coaches. I’ve added website maintenance, marketing funnels, Marketing Strategy, and many more Free Resources for my clients. Adding on to your site without a clear sitemap strategy can result in outdated information, cluttered navigation, dead-end pages, etc. Here’s what that says about your business:
- Doing business with you may not be easy
- Organizing is not your strong suit, and you might miss deadlines or important steps
- You are unfocused
- You don’t care what your client’s experience is, and working with you may be confusing
- If your contact information is hard to find, you don’t want to be bothered
What to do about it?
Declutter baby! Go back to the basics; what does your audience want most? How can you deliver that? Streamline your website pages, make sure every page has a call to action/next step, and eliminate anything that isn’t necessary.
