AI Marketing Prompts for Coaches: 10 to Save Hours Every Week

AI will not replace you, and it should not try to. But used well, it can hand you back hours every week: the staring-at-a-blank-page hours, the "how do I even start this email" hours.

One rule before you start

Always give the AI context about you first: who you help, your offer, and your tone. Paste in a sample of your own writing and tell it to match that voice. Then treat every output as a first draft, never the final word. You are the editor. AI drafts; you make it human. That is how you save time without losing yourself, which is the whole point of peaceful marketing.

Prompts for content ideas and drafts

  • Topic brainstorm: "I help [ideal client] with [problem]. Give me 15 blog post ideas my ideal client is actively searching for, focused on [subtopic]. Make them specific, not generic."
  • Outline: "Outline a blog post titled '[your title]' for [ideal client]. Include an intro that names their real frustration, 4 to 6 H2 sections, and a warm closing. Keep it practical."
  • Rough draft to rewrite: "Write a first draft from this outline in a warm, plain, second-person voice. Short paragraphs. No hype, no jargon, no em-dashes." (Then rewrite it in your own words and stories.)

Prompts for email

  • Newsletter from a blog: "Turn this blog post into a short, friendly newsletter that teases the main idea and links to the full post. One clear takeaway. Sound like a note from a friend."
  • Welcome email: "Write a welcome email for a new subscriber who just downloaded [lead magnet]. Deliver it, set expectations for what's coming, and keep it warm and human."
  • Subject lines: "Give me 10 subject line options for this email. Mix curiosity and clarity. No clickbait, no false urgency."

Prompts for social media

  • Splinter a post: "Pull 5 short social posts out of this blog. Each should stand on its own, share one useful idea, and sound conversational."
  • Repurpose a tip: "Rewrite this one tip three ways: a quick text post, a caption for a quote graphic, and a short story-style post."

Prompts for offers and clarity

  • Clarify your message: "Here's what I do: [paste]. Rewrite it as one clear sentence my ideal client would instantly understand, focused on their result, not my process."
  • Objection handling: "List the top 5 hesitations [ideal client] has before booking a call with me, and a calm, honest response to each. No pressure tactics."

Keep your voice in the driver's seat

Used this way, AI is not a shortcut around the work, it is a way to do the work with less friction and dread. You still bring the stories, the heart, and the judgment. It just clears the blank page. This is Express magnetically from the PEACE Blueprint, with a little help.
